Brook Capital is an independent investment group with operations in Malta, Gibraltar and the UK. As an entrepreneurial partner, we provide buyout and growth capital for small and medium sized companies within the Built Environment space with annual sales between EUR 2 million and EUR 20 million primarily in the EMEA region. Brook Capital takes majority and minority investments and supports its portfolio companies in growing sustainably and profitably both organically and through acquisitions - our aim is to build market leaders. This goal is achieved in a trusting partnership together with the co-owners and management teams of our companies.

Typically we invest or co-invest with our partner network in, Pre-Seed, Seed and Series A rounds with tickets ranging from £50,000 to £200,000. Our preference is to close the funding round and support the business with their growth and market strategy. The Brook Capital team holds particular expertise in user acquisition through data led marketing and organic growth campaigns.
AVT
Owned by Nokken Group, AVT Special Projects define companies by positioning brands and by creating content that speaks to your audience. Brook Capital is supporting the founders of AVT, a design agency with a cross sector background in brand activation, hospitality design and architecture.
Nokken Group
Brook Capital are proud to be supporting the founders of the Nokken Group in the development of their efficient and cost-effective prefab cabins, which enable hotel operators and landowners to establish or expand their retreat hospitality offerings.
Spire Group
With a minority stake-holding in the business, Brook Capital is supporting Spire in its growth as a tech and agency platform for property agents across the Philippines.
Katrick Technologies
As a minority stakeholder, Brook Capital have been appointed to support the EIS eligible fund raise for Katrick Technologies - a rapidly expanding IP-based R&D and commercialisation company specialising in energy based patent-protected technology platforms.
Project Delta
Brook Capital have successfully raised capital in excess of 3,000,000 EUR capital for a privately owned Web2 & Web3 marketing company operating across multiple global markets
Housal
Housal is on an extraordinary journey on growth and set to become the single most reliable property data provider in the Philippines and beyond into South East Asia. Brook Capital takes a minority stake in the business and supports areas of fund raising, commercial and marketing strategy
Kerb
With a minority stake-holding in the business, Brook Capital is supporting Kerb in its growth as a global mobility ecosystem helping drivers find parking spaces and parking operators find drivers. In over 600 cities across the planet, KERB is a mobile-first, global kerbside ecosystem, focused on re-imagining urban mobility in the smart cities of tomorrow.
Miso Robotics
Brook Capital is an early stage (Series C) investor in Miso Robotics who develop and manufacture artificial intelligence-driven robots that assist chefs to make restaurant grade food. Miso Robotics have recently raised a historic $50m as part of a Series E crowdfunding round.
B38 Group
U.K. based Facilities Management provider of critical, compliance-led building services acquired by the Bellrock Group in March 2021. B38 Group grew predominantly through organic growth achieving annualised revenues of £17,400,000 GBP comprised of both Hard (85%) and Soft (15%) services prior to the divestment.
Fixx
Exiting the business in 2023 the business was originally acquired by the shareholders in 2018. Fixx provides building maintenance services in the domestic, insurance and PRS (Private Rental Sector) marketplaces across the north of England. Between acquisition and exit the business grew in revenue by circa 90% and operates for clientele such as AXA, British Gas, Domestic & General and Homeserve.
